A2D ready to develop “the complete athlete” in Orange County

At the A2D Sports facility in Orange, California, we have tried to assemble the best, to bring out the best. To do this, A2D believes there are three main disciplines that correlate to success; Fundamentals, Training, and Wellness. Our development team, or DevSquad, will be comprised of some of the top trainers, coaches, and health experts in the area to develop our athletes in these respective disciplines.

Athletics are based around comradery, especially in a state like California. With virtually yearlong sunshine, there aren’t a lot of days athletes can take off. Because of this, it’s difficult for those same players to find the right facility to train not only their body, but to recover as well. Based on the competitive nature of athletic training and wellness, we found it necessary to create the A2D sports facility to meet each of the three disciplines we focus on.

With so many different teams and athletes in Orange County, there was a tremendous need for a facility like A2D Sports to create comprehensive programs and train athletes under one roof. This type of facility has been a longtime dream of founder, Larry Kanne. His passion for sports and his family are only matched to his commitment to bringing the total training and wellness facility to you. 

Kanne’s love for sports and competition has always coincided with his devotion to helping young athletes. From his time at Varsity Sports Group helping high school athletes find teams to further their athletic career, to his time as a little league coach and on the Ayala High School baseball booster club, Kanne has always remained in a position to help young athletes. With this facility, that is exactly what Kanne plans to do.
